Epic Dinner Buffet At VIU

After one successful year, The St. Regis Bangkok celebrates the anniversary of The St. Regis Epic Dinner Buffet by kicking it up a notch further. From Thursday to Saturday evenings, 6pm to 10pm, the epicurean evening buffet now astounds with even more variety of decadent flavours and spectacular choices at VIU Restaurant on the hotel’s 12th floor.

The St. Regis Epic is an extravagant dinner buffet offering. An epicurean feast for the senses, some of the feature highlights include pan-seared foie gras, grilled lobster, whole suckling pig, Norwegian salt-crusted salmon, a fully-loaded shellfish selection with freshly shucked oysters, sushi, sashimi and much more. Be sure to save space for epic desserts, not forgetting the local mango sticky rice, candy floss and the go-crazy ice cream station, where you build your own personal treat.
