Welcome 2018 With Red Sky’s New Seasonal Tasting Menu

Red Sky restaurant on the 55th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld is kicking off the New Year with a brand new Seasonal Tasting Menu. Running all the way through January and February, Chef Christian Ham and his team are excited to be serving a Black and White Truffle-inspired menu with winter vegetables for Bt2,955++ per person and an optional wine pairing (plus Bt1,999++).

Roasted Lamb Fillet with Black Olive Powder, Glazed vegetables and baby spinach.
Hokkaido Scallops and Black Winter Truffle, Caramelized endive and coriander salad.
Chocolate Cream with Yuzu Sherbet, Cocoa Crisp.

The five courses (plus an amuse bouche and other little treats) feature only the finest in-season produce from around the world which includes the likes of tuna carpaccio, Hokkaido scallop and black winter truffle, chestnut broth, as well as a succulently roasted filet of lamb with black olive powder and glazed vegetables as the main. Craving for something sweet once you finish your salty nosh with chocolate cream with Yuzu sherbet, cocoa crisp.
