The festive Gozen lunch includes many dishes such as crab dumpling with a hint of yuzu soup, 4 kinds of sashimi, minced duck ball, daikon and garland chrysanthemum in soup and assorted fruits served with chestnut pudding and sweet beans with egg yolk sauce, while the festive Kaiseki dinner includes sea urchin dumpling with mushroom with a hint of yuzu, 4 kinds of sashimi, assorted tempura with snow crab, pond smelt, sweet potato, maitake mushroom and asparagus and assorted fruit served with chestnut.
Make your Christmas memorable with an exquisite Japanese Gozen, Kaiseki, and Teppanyaki menus at Yamazato Restaurant. Served for lunch and dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the special dishes include seared scallops, dried fig, shrimp with walnut vinegar, Kuzu-uchi big prawn, grilled ginko nut sesame tofu, oboro kelp and yuzu, Kobe wine beef stew with miso, daikon and carrot served with garlic bread, a decadent dish of apple and foie gras with white miso hollandaise sauce, and much more, all created by Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara to make sure your Christmas is truly memorable.
Festive Gozen lunch is Bt1,300++ per person and Festive Kaiseki dinner is Bt4,500++ per person, available from 4 – 30 December 2017, except 24 – 25 December 2017.
