VIU Launches Dinner Feasts

The St. Regis Bangkok has announced the launch of two new buffet dinners at VIU Restaurant on the hotel’s 12th Floor, in what are anticipated to be feasts to remember.

 

Mondays to Wednesdays, The St. Regis Classic presents an elegant, premium menu, with bi-monthly feature highlights. Throughout July and August, during the first half of each week, The St. Regis Classic dinner buffet includes the balanced flavor of the Fine de Claire oyster.

 

Thursday to Saturdays, The St. Regis Epic is an extravagant offering. In an epicurean feast for the senses, this top-calibre menu further tempts with an enticing selection of foie gras, lobster, oysters, Australian beef and fresh sustainable fish catches.

 

While The St. Regis Classic is priced at Bt1,300 net per person, including tea and coffee, The St. Regis Epic is at Bt1,999 net per person, with an upgrade possible for an additional Bt1,800 net for free-flow wines & Prosecco (Thursdays to Saturdays only).

Alongside the feature highlights for each feast, guests can enjoy a wide variety of salads and antipasti, seafood on ice and grilled, beloved Western and Eastern favorites, as well as luxurious fresh pasta dishes and treats hot from the pizza oven. Mouthwatering desserts and cheeses accompany a choice of fine tea and coffee, to conclude the evening dining sensation.

 

Spoiled for choice, the dining experience is all the more enhanced by the enigmatic 12th-floor views over the Royal Bangkok Sports Club grounds and the city skyline beyond.
